I love your products but why are they more expensive than other vendors?
We have put a lot of thought into our pricing. Our approach is that we sell products for the nosework handler that are stylish and yet fully customizable to the team’s needs. We pride ourselves on venturing to deliver the product to you exactly how you imagined it. Our goal is to provide functional products with style and cater to this niche.

How come I have to wait a certain time for my product to be made?
We are a passionate team of two and both have full time regular day jobs. We do this out of a passion for our dogs and scentwork and as a hobby. Therefore it may take us a bit of extra time to complete your order but trust us, we will put hard work and our hearts into making your custom product that you can love and use for a long time.

How do I clean my Biothane leash and collar?

I ordered the wrong size leash / collar, can I exchange it?
Since we custom make the colour combination for you it will be hard for us to resell this item. However we want you to be happy so you may contact us at [email protected] within 30 days after purchase and we can discuss on a case by case basis if an exchange is possible. Should there be a price difference to the new item we will either refund or charge you the difference. We can not exchange items after 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs for items to be exchanged are at the buyer’s expense. See Returns & Shipping. There are no exchanges on items who are branded with your pet's name or items which have been used.
But what if I don't want my awesome, amazing and beautiful new leash, collar or product anymore?

What currency are the prices on the website in?
They are in Canadian Dollars.

What if my package doesn't arrive?
