Our collars are adjustable and have holes for the buckle at every 1 inch apart from each other for Large and XL Sizes, 0.75" apart for sizes small and medium and 0.5" apart for XS.
If you have a different preference let us know in the comment section of your order.
It is recommended that you choose a collar that fits in the middle of the measurements stated below so you have room to adjust for weight fluctuations or seasonal fur coat changes.

There are various ways to measure your dog’s collar size. To ensure proper fit, please follow one of the methods below:
Measure the dog’s neck circumference:
- Place a flexible cloth measuring tape snugly around your dog’s neck where the collar usually sits. Loosen the tape a little to add the appropriate amount for breathing room.
- Read the measurement off the tape.
***We do not add any buffer room for breathing on top of the measurements above so make sure to consider this and order the right size for your dog***
Measuring an existing collar:
Lay the collar flat on a surface in its open position.
For clip collars, measure from the female end of the clip to the beginning of the male end / the end of the fabric.
For buckle collars measure from the start of the material to the currently used hole / adjustment
Please make sure to measure carefully and double check your measurements.
If the collar does not fit due to measurement error it may not be eligible for an exchange.
